Robert R. Morrow received his undergraduate degree from Mount Union College.  He received a Masters degree from Kent State University.  His Juris Doctor degree was earned in 1986 from the University of Baltimore School of Law.  He has been admitted to practice law in all Maryland courts, the United States Federal District Court and the United States Supreme Court.
 

Mr. Morrow is a member of the Maryland Association for Justice, the Maryland State Bar Association and the Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity.
